Hot water takes too long to reach handwash sink resulting in employees using only cold water to wash their hands. Per review of previous inspection, the hot water at handwashing sink at the end of the cook line was noted not reach 85 F. At time of of inspection, hot water reached 96F in less than five seconds. Was verified with General Manager.
