Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Colander stored down inside handwashing sink in kitchen. Employee removed colander from sink during this inspection.
Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Pan containing pico missing date mark inside reach-in cooler at kitchen entrance. Manager stated it was prepared on 07/05 and voluntarily discarded it during this inspection.
