Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed empanadas (112F - Hot Holding); tequenos (108F - Hot Holding) located in hot box at front counter. Operator increased the temperature of hot box for reheating.
No currently certified food service manager on duty with four or more employees engaged in food preparation/handling. Manager, Wilmary Escaray arrived towards the end of inspection.
