Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed dishmachine with chlorine sanitizer at 0 ppm. Operator changed sanitizer container and new reading with chlorine sanitizer at 100 ppm.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shrimp over ready-to-eat garlic butter in reach-in cooler across from stove top off of cook line. Operator moved and stored correctly.

Screening is not 16-mesh/inch to fan outside to the right of the mop sink. Directly to the left side after exiting kitchen door in front of mop sink. Discussed with operator.
