Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw beef stored over block cheese in the walk in cooler. The operator properly stored the raw beef.
Water with a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed the water at the handwashing sink in the kitchen at 75F.
