Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Pizza sauce prepared at 1 pm yesterday, ( more than 28 hours ), not dated. Manager dated.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Bowl used as scoop in pan of shredded cheese in flip top cooler. Manager removed bowl from cheese.
