Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed cutting board with grooves and no longer smooth and easily cleanable stored next to three compartment sink.
Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed grease build up on floor under fryer station.
Mobile food dispensing vehicle is not self-propelled or otherwise movable from place to place. Observed all tires for food truck flat and vegetation growing around them. Food truck is also completely enclosed by fences not belonging to operator of truck. Properties around truck were sold and new fences put up.
