Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Tested at 10 ppm. Machine was reprimed and tested at 50 ppm
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Employees working advised they were unsure if test kits were present.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Interior of ice machine at front bar with brown/black mold like substance.
