Employee touched top of trash can to push trash down while gloves on, then employee removed gloves and grabbed clean pan without washing hands. Discussed with employee. Employee washed hands and put on new gloves.
Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment.
