Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed hot holding Mashed potatoes, Chili, Marinara sauce, Cheese sauce, all 129°F. Operator states less than 2 hours. All returned to microwave to reach 165F.
