Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Plastic soufflé cups, plastic lids in containers of ice cream toppings. Paper cups in containers sugar and oats, operator discarded cups.
Food stored on floor. 5 containers of ice cream stored on floor in walk in freezer, operator moved ice cream onto shelf.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Spoon handle in container of chopped peanuts, operator moved handle out of product.
Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Brown sticky like substance on door and on microwave plate. Operator cleaned microwave.
