Employee educated on need for removing gloves and washing hands prior to placing new gloves on and handling sanitized utensils. Employee acknowledged and washed hands properly.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Found spray bottle of chemicals in bar area over clean dishes for service. Operator removed bottle and placed in proper storage.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Sink behind inside and outside bar used as a dump sink. Employees educated on need to keep sink free of debris and used for hand washing only. Employees took steps to clean sinks.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No paper towels at sink behind inside bar. Employee replaced paper towels.
