Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw oysters stored over cooked lobster in reach in cooler along wall near cook line. Raw shrimp stored over garlic and seasoning in reach in cooler at end of cook line. All items rearranged.

Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. In the reach in freezer, raw fish in plastic bag over container of puff pastry. Operator relocated the puff pastry.
