Observed chemical dish machine with no chlorine set up. Operator properly set up during inspection with 100ppm chlorine reading.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed hand wash sink located in dish wash area with one chemical jug and two spray bottles stored inside. Operator removed items and made sink accessible during inspection.
