What the inspector wrote — 3 findings
No measuring device available for measuring utensil surface temperature when using hot water as sanitizer in a dishmachine. Observed no device to measure dish washer sanitizer cycle. I used my disc and it was correct at 160F. Operator needs to order a device.
No soap provided at handwash sink. Observed the soap pump at the handwashing sink in the service area not working. Operator corrected it.
Waste line missing at soda gun holster. Observed one soda gun at the bar missing the waste line.
