Observed 4 packages of thawed snapper and 9 packages of thawed grouper still in sealed ROP packaging. Employee removed fish from packaging during inspection.
Food stored on floor. Observed the following food items stored on floor in walk in cooler: Box of onions, bucket of tomato sauce, box of potatoes, bucket of mayo, and bucket of pickles.
