Retemp 42F (corrected on site) -Cole slaw at 46F; retemp 45F; retemp again at 40F, sliced tomatoes at 46F, retemp 42F (corrected on site), sausage gravy at 46F; retemp 46F; retemp again at 38F, all located in standing reach in cooler across from walk in cooler. Manager had hot potatoes cooling in same fridge as well as pulled them out for use. Manager relocated them to walk in cooler. Cole slaw and sausage gravy were relocated to reach in freezer for quick cool down.
