Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. whipped cream (44F - Cold Holding) in whipped cream machine, operator stated item was added to machine then machine was turned on. Retemped 35 minutes later at 42F.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Butane fuel on shelf above syrups and bananas, operator moved cans to the bottom.
Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. At the end of splitter at mop sink, operator placed on hose Bibb.

Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Ice chute soiled with white build up, operator cleaned during inspection. Can opener blade soiled, operator cleaned.
