Evidence of cleaning wastewater dumped onto ground. Observed an employee exit the back kitchen holding a pan with food debris inside and proceed to hose the food debris from the pan onto the ground outside the establishment.

Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. The hand washing sink in the expeditor's station is filled with ice. Operator cleared the hand washing sink.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In the make table cooler cooked pork (48F - Cold Holding); cut cabbage (47F - Cold Holding). Operator discarded the cabbage and pork.
Raw or undercooked oysters offered and establishment has no consumer advisory sign provided on wall, menu, placard, table tent or by any other written means. Raw animal foods must be fully cooked prior to service. Provided operator with the raw oyster advisory, placed at host's stand.
Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. There is a unlabeled chemical spray bottle on top of the dishwasher.
Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Employee put on a hat.
In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment. There is a knife between a cooler and the stream table. Operated removed the knife.
