Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed lemon slicer has old dried debris left on the surface.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed mold like growth interior panel located in the server area (expo line)
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed large ice build up on the top panel of reach in freezer.

Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Observed raw tuna unthaw in the package inside reach in cooler.

No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed hand wash sink only, required proper hand sign (service line) and pool bar stewarding provided new signs.
