Fifty (50) foot-candles of light not provided at a food working surface or where safety is a factor. Lighting in kitchen is not 50 foot candles, have to use flash light to conduct inspection.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. One male, one family, and two female restrooms all missing hand wash signs.
Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Wall behind soda fountain syrup boxes soiled with syrup.
