Observed employee double gloved touching raw burgers and on multiple occasions removing first glove by using hands instead of shaking off the first layer of gloves. Employee proceeded to touch various utensils afterwards, placed again the second glove, touched raw burgers, removed glove using hands, touched utensils without removing the last pair of gloves and wash hands; manager educated; employee washed hands and changed gloves;
