Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed ceiling vents dusty in back room prep area.
In-use ice scoop stored on soiled surface between uses. Observed ice scoop stored in soiled holder. Manager cleaned holder during inspection.
Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Observed standing water in reach in close to office at entrance of kitchen. Manager removed water from reach in.
