No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. The operator provided paper towels for the hand sink.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed an employee backpack and sweater stored on top of bottled beverages in dry storage. The operator properly stored the personal belongings.
