Establishment using a sanitizer solution that does not meet the requirements specified in 40 CFR 180. Observed operator spray cutting board with Clorox Cleanup. Educated operator on using sanitizers for food contact surface. Operator discontinued use of cutting board until proper washing and sanitizing.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw burger patties stored over hot dogs. Operator moved burgers below hot dogs.
Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable.
