In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Tongs stored in water at 88F. Operator removed the tongs from the water.
Wet wiping cloths stored in detergent and sanitizer mixed together. Sanitizer solution bucket is soap and water. Spoke with operator to correct to chlorine bleach and water. Operator has test kit and bleach available.
