Hotels and Restaurants DDM Chi, informed the Division of State Fire Marshal, the authorized jurisdiction over certification of boilers on 8/23/2023, forwarding the agency information regarding boilers cited at Shoma Bazaar - food hall, 9420 NW 41 St. Doral, Fl. 33178.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed diced chicken (44F - Cold Holding); cooked broccoli (45F - Cold Holding) located inside walk in cooler, less than 4 hours. Advised to remove tops off of food containers to rapidly cool food items to 41F and below.
Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed soiled microwave located next to exit door leading to dry storage area, at shared kitchen area.
