Incorrect chemical test kit provided for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer solution used in the three-compartment sink and/or dishmachine. Operator uses Quat sanitizer at triple sink and sanitizer bucket. Operator has only test strips for chlorine sanitizer. Educated operator on appropriate test strips for Quat sanitizer.
