Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. In reach-in freezer, pan of raw shrimp stored over pan of ready to eat ravioli. Operator moved shrimp to bottom shelf.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. On table at cook line, liquid egg (50F - Cold Holding). Operator stated eggs out for 5 minutes. Operator discarded.
