Observed 15 rodent droppings behind grill in kitchen, 20 droppings on floor under and behind prep table in kitchen area, 15 droppings under double convection oven in kitchen area, 30 droppings under wire rack in kitchen area, 15 on floor behind equipment on cook line, 1 on top of dish machine in back kitchen area, 35 droppings on floor in dining room area, 2 droppings under steam table in kitchen. Establishment started to clean and sanitize areas.
