Operator stated Canadian bacon gets heated before serving. Discussed with operator fully cooked Canadian bacon does not require a cooking temperature and it needs to be stored as ready to eat foods. Operator moved fully cooked Canadian bacon to correct storage.

In the walk in cooler observed 10 individually vacuum packed tuna fish that were not fully removed from reduced oxygen package environment.
