Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In the walk in cooler, observed a box of fully cooked Canadian bacon stored below raw seafood. Operator stated Canadian bacon gets heated before serving. Discussed with operator fully cooked Canadian bacon does not require a cooking temperature and it needs to be stored as ready to eat foods. Operator moved fully cooked Canadian bacon to correct storage.

Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. In the walk in cooler observed 10 individually vacuum packed tuna fish that were not fully removed from reduced oxygen package environment.
