Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Opened cheesecake on display inside prestige case at front counter without date mark. Manager stated it was opened six days prior and voluntarily discarded it during this inspection.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Interior of ice machine soiled either mold-like substance.
No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Choking poster not posted inside restaurant. Manager hung a choking poster on the wall during this inspection.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Plastic wrap stored on shelf approximately 1/2 inch from floor behind front counter.
