Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed spray bottle containing toxic chemicals stored on shelf directly next to cups and tea pots in drink station/bar area and toxic chemicals stored above single service items on shelf to the left of the mop sink. Employees moved.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Empty container for produce stored on handwash sink area to the left of the dishmachine. Inspector moved. Handwash sink blocked with cart to the right of the ice machine. Employee moved. Pot stored in handwash sink to the right of the cook line. Instructed employee to move. Inspector stressed the importance of having accessible and fully stocked handwashing stations.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink to the left of the dishmachine.
No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Discussed with operator.
