Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. An employee rubbed their hands for three seconds before rinsing their hands. Inspector educated the employee on proper hand washing procedures.
Employee washed hands with no soap. An employee rinsed their hands with out using soap. Inspector spoke with the person in charge who educated the employees on proper hand washing.
Non-food grade paper/paper towel used as liner for food container. In the bottle of the make table cooler next to the hand sink there is a non-food grade paper towel in contact with half an onion. Operator discarded the paper towel.
Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. There is a unlabeled chemical spray bottle in the service area by the pioneer room. Operator kabeled the chemical spray bottle.
Equipment in poor repair. The door gaskets on both the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer are torn.
