Advised operator to drain basin and fill with proper sanitizer solution. Operator drained basin and filled with correct solution of 300ppm quaternary ammonia. Operator also dumped all sanitizer buckets and filled with proper solution. Priority: High Priority
Observed: Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw pork sausage over pasteurized eggs in wasl in cooler. Operator advised and corrected order of product. Priority: High Priority
