Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Left side at mop sink no vacuum breaker, right side splitter added missing one vacuum breaker. Showed operator a picture and explained usage.

Cooked chicken tenders and other frozen foods pulled to reach-in cooler three days ago, no updated date marking.
