Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Eight packages of raw mahi and two packages of raw tuna thawed inside reduced oxygen packaging. The fish is completely thawed. The packages do have labels indicating the fish must be removed from packaging prior to thawing.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. 1. Spray bottle containing "Spic and Span" cleaner on cutting board directly beside cutting board near cookline. 2. Bottles containing "CLR", "Clorox", and dish soap stored on shelf above three-compartment sink directly above clean utensils hanging below shelf. Manager moved all chemicals during this inspection.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Single-use cups without handles stored down inside cracker meal and flour in dry storage area. Manager removed both cups from the food during this inspection.
Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package.
