Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. In warmer on cook line, mashed potatoes (109F - Hot Holding); green beans (120F - Hot Holding, rechecked 173F). Employee stated fuse blew and they caught it about 30 minutes prior. Items were cooked about 1 hour prior. Employee started heating items again on stove.
