Observed sausage (54F - Cold Holding); steak (54F - Cold Holding); eggs (57F - Cold Holding); cheese (62F - Cold Holding); melon (62F - Cold Holding); cut cherry (62F - Cold Holding) as per the chef the food was put on line between 7:00 am- 8:00 am. The chef remove all items inside the cooler and the items on top were placed on ice.
