Mobile Food Dispensing Vehicle conducted food preparation, food storage or other food activity in a private home. Chili served on truck cooked at private home. Chili ran out before stop sale could be issued.
No dishwashing facilities of any kind provided. Operator is washing dishes at home.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No paper towels at hand wash sink. Discussed the need to have paper towels replenished at all times
Nonself-sufficient mobile food dispensing vehicle not reporting to commissary as required. I explained that he must report to commissary every day that he is in operation.
