What the inspector wrote — 6 findings
Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed cook move soiled plates to warewashing area, use a sanitizer wiping cloth and then began food preparation without changing gloves. Operator discussed proper glove change and handwashing procedures with cook. Cooked washed hands and changed gloves.

Buffalo sauce (51F - Cold Holding) held at cook line flip top cooler for more than 4 hours per operator. All other TCS items in cooler were in ambient cooling. Operator discarded buffalo sauce and added ice to unit.
