Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Per operator dish machine is not functioning and only single use items are used for food service, all utensils are being washed at main kitchen at the end of the day.
