Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed raw chicken stored next to raw shrimp in low boy cooler across from cook line. PIC removed and stored appropriately.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed next to cook line, fried wings (54-62F - Cold Holding). Per person in charge item has been out of temperature for temperature for approximately 1 hour. Operator advised to hold items on time as a public health control for safety. Form sent to operator.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed hand wash sink next to drive through used to hold hand bag, and scoop. Employee removed and stored appropriately.
