Manager stated approximately 2 hours. Manager confirmed that they add seasonings to the sauce. Manager had employee move pizza sauce to reach in cooler for cooling during inspection.
Required employee training expired for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Upon inspection, only one employee engaged in food preparation was able to provide proof of training.
