Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. french toast batter (50F - Cold Holding) in reach in cooler at front line, per employee batter was sitting next to flattop grill on cook line in ice bath, batter moved to cooler less then 1 hour prior. individual butters (50F - Cold Holding) in salad buffet near front line, per employee butter was placed in salad buffet less then 2 hours prior, butter placed in reach in cooler next to buffet line.
Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Sanitation bucket with sink and surface sanitizer reading over 700ppm, sanitizer buckets remade to approximately 500ppm.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Hand wash station near grill at front line blocked by trash can, trash can moved.
