Spray hose at dish sink lower than flood rim of sink. MOD hung up the hose connected to mop sink. So it's not touching the bottom of mop sink.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed sanitize bucket store directly on the floor fill with sanitizer. MOD removed bucket off the floor.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed in raw rice and quinoa food container. Had measuring cups with no handle stored in the two food container use as a scoop. Operator removed the two measuring cups
