Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed cutting board with grooves and no longer smooth and easily cleanable stored next to sandwich press on cook line.
Raw fruits/vegetables not washed prior to preparation. Observed cut avocados with stickers still attached to skin. Avocados observed with cuts directly through sticker.
Met inspection standards. 3 violations recorded, none serious enough to require a return visit.

Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Observed raw tuna and raw salmon thawing in its original commercial packaging. All fish items still frozen. Person in charge removed all fish items from packaging.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed clear plastic containers stacked on top of each other with visible signs of moisture and unable to air dry stored across from three compartment sink.
Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed multiple squeeze bottles of sauces with no labeling.

Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Observed box of raw shrimp stored over cooked bacon bits in standing reach in freezer. Not all items in freezer commercially packaged. Person in charge rearranged food items to proper storage levels.
Food being cooled by nonapproved method as evidenced by inadequate rate of cooling during time of inspection. Observed 2 containers of cooked broccoli with temperatures of 48-51F. Retemp of broccoli after 20 minutes was in same temperature zone. Broccoli was covered by both plastic wrap and a plastic lid. Person in charge removed wrap and lids. Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed one employee engaging in food preparation while wearing a bracelet.
