Rice (88F - Hot Holding); Quinoa (92F - Hot Holding) stored in the hold holding unit on the cook line. Manager stated the items were reheated and placed in the holding unit at 9:30. Manager reheated the items to a temperature above 165F, turned up the heat in the hot holding unit and placed them in the items in the hot holding unit.
