Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed yellow rice at 123F left above of the flat top. As per cook, for less than 1 hr. Employee decided to move the rice to reach in cooler and cool down to keep it cold.

Menu does not identify which items contain raw or undercooked animal foods covered by the consumer advisory. Observed establishment is offering raw items without identified them on the menu. Person in charge started printing new menus while I was conducting the inspection.

Observed license was approved for 35 seats, establishment submitted projected amount of 251 seats which is subject to local authority having jurisdiction approval. TCO only, but not CU approved at the time of the inspection.
