In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed utensils next to rice cooker in standing water temping 80F. Operator replaced and placed on hot well to maintain at 135F.
Sanitizer bucket stored with food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles. Observed two sanitizer buckets next to seasonings on bottom of prep table at cook line. Operator moved sanitizer buckets.
